Annual Recital 2025

We are excited for our annual end-of-year recital showcase!

This year will be our 26th annual recital for ABC Dance Company. It’s our biggest event that allows our students to shine on stage and show their family and friends all their hard work. Below is important information for our Recital on June 14th, 2025!

Recital Costume fee:

  • The first half of the payment is due November 23rd and the remaining balance is due January 20th, 2025.

Recital Fee:

  • A one-time recital fee of $200 per student or $150 for additional siblings.

  • This Fee covers everything from the venue and backstage crew to our professional videographer who captures every moment of our show!

  • Recital Fee is due by March 29th, 2025

Rehearsals:

  • Rehearsals are happening during your child's class time, so your child must be present to learn choreography and spots.

  • Dress Rehearsal will be the day before the recital, June 13th,2025. Dress Rehearsal is MANDATORY for every dancer participating in the show. This ensures that our dancers feel comfortable and prepared for the show.

    Recital Photoshoot:

  • We transform our studio into a photography studio, where a professional photographer comes in to take your solo and group pictures in every costume.

  • You can choose which costume you would like to receive solo shots in; However, there will be a group photo done for every dance.

  • Picture day is not mandatory; however, it is highly encouraged as the group photos will be included in our recital program book!

  • A $10 deposit per costume is required for each look you want to pose in. This deposit will go towards the photo package you choose.

Program AD:

  • The deadline for all Program Ads will be May 31st, 2025

  • “Well Wish” Messages (up to 80 characters, including spaces) = $8.00

  • 1/3 Sheet Program Ad (Business Card) = $40.00

  • 1/2 Sheet Program Ad (5” W x 4” H) = $60.00

  • Full Page Program Ad (5” W x 8”H) = $110.00

Ticket Sales:

  • We are now able to sell tickets directly through DSP. You can purchase them directly from your parent portal!

  • Tickets will go on sale on April 14, 2025, and prices will vary from $35-$45

  • All seats are numbered and will be sold first come first serve

  • There is no limit on how many tickets you can purchase!

  • Tickets will be sold the day of the show; however, we can guarantee that you will be seated next to your family as seats are reserved for those who purchased before.

  • We have some thrilling news! We’re seeking sponsors to help make our annual Recital production a fantastic success, and this is a golden opportunity for your company to gain exposure to our 150+ families!

  • BRONZE: $100.00**

  • SILVER: $500.00**

    - Recognition on our ABC Dance Company social media (Instagram and Facebook)

    - Recognition in our performance video, sent to all ABC Dance Families

  • GOLD: $1,000.00**

    - Recognition in our performance video, sent to all ABC Dance Families

    - Recognition on our event t-shirt, distributed to 150+ ABC Dance Families
