Registration Fee: $60 for full school year
Payments are due on the first day of class, and monthly tuition is due on the first day of every month. All accounts must be enrolled in automatic payment. Any declined cards will be subject to a $25 service fee.
Late Fee: A $20.00 late fee will be assessed to any payment made after the 5th of any month, and every month thereafter until payment is received. No exceptions will be made to this policy. Students whose tuition has not been paid by the 15th of the month will not be allowed to attend class until the outstanding balance is settled.
Returned Checks: A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Uniform Policy: All students will be expected to wear their uniforms in class. Uniform: ABC leotard, ABC shorts, ABC Sports Bra, ABC Shirts, or ABC Pants, depending on the class.
Absences and Cancellations: f a student misses a class, the school must be notified, and a make-up class should be scheduled within a month. When only one student attends a scheduled class, it will be considered a private lesson. All private lessons are 30 minutes long.
If at any time a student desires to cancel his/her program completely, the student/parent must fill out a cancellation form. This form must be submitted and received by no later than the 1st of any month. This notice allows us to adjust our schedules and administrative processes accordingly. If the cancellation form is not received by the 1st of the month, the student will be responsible for payment of missed classes until the cancellation form has been submitted and received. This ensures that we can manage our resources effectively and maintain the quality of our programs. Exceptions to this policy will only be made for students missing more than two weeks due to extreme illnesses. In such cases, please provide appropriate documentation from a healthcare provider to support the exemption request.
Performances: This is to showcase the talent of the students. In order to give an onstage experience and an opportunity for each student to learn theater aspects of performing, while celebrating their accomplishments, a performance will be held on June 2025 at the Performing Arts Auditorium. Dates are listed in our Recital blog post and ABC Calendar. If a student chooses to participate in the recital, he/she will be expected to attend every rehearsal and class. ABC Dance Studio reserves the right to withdraw any student from a performance in the case of frequent absences, without a refund.
After-School Care: ABC Dance Company offers the Afterschool Dance Program as a dance course/study time and is not a licensed childcare facility. Assistance to complete schoolwork and supervision will be provided to all students who enroll in our After School Care Program. Our Afterschool Care Program provides an individual workspace for your child to complete homework, eat a snack, and take a class. All After-School Care Registration Fees are non-refundable.
